perfect locationeasy reachblackout curtainshelpful staff

the hotel's location is amazing shops and eateries are very close. major public transport links are within easy reach. the room i had was modern it featured blackout curtains and a great shower i loved it. the staff were always available and very helpful with my questions about the city

i found a small stain on one of the towels in the bathroom i am sure this was an isolated incident though

check-in was fast the reception staff were efficient and friendly. the option to store luggage after checkout was very useful. i requested extra pillows and they were brought to my room quickly that was really appreciated

my room had a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. the bed was big and comfortable assuring a good nights rest. the air conditioning worked effectively i controlled the temperature easily according to my requirements

The air conditioning was very poor. The room was stuffy, and it was difficult to get a comfortable temperature. i could hear my neighbor talking in the middle of the night. also, the hotel parking was unreasonably expensive. it added a significant cost to my stay.

the location was acceptable as a base for exploring.

the air conditioning was controlled, a real issue. it only ran for 30 minutes at a time before switching off. i found this really disruptive during the night.
